S?gmoid perforation during Leadbetter-Politano ureteroneocystostomy: Two patients, two different presentations

We herein report two patients who underwent Leadbetter-Politano Ureteroneocystostomy whose ureters were passed through sigmoid colon during operation. Presentations and tratment strategies of these patients were discussed.
