The corporoplasty with a tunica vaginalis flap is a surgical procedure utilized to correct penile curvature in infants. It involves manipulating the tunica albuginea, the fibrous tissue surrounding the corpora cavernosa (the erectile tissue of the penis), to correct the curvature.
